The FieldTrip reference paper has been published in an Open Access journal and you can get the PDF version here or read the HTML version here.
When pointing to the FieldTrip website, please use the URL http://www.ru.nl/donders/fieldtrip which also acknowledges our university and institute, instead of the short-hand http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl where the site is technically hosted. The latter address with fcdonders in the name will not remain available in the future.
